Please do the following to fix the issue:
1. Login to your wordpress site admin /wp-admin
2. Navigate to ThemeNcode PDF Viewer Menu
3. Scroll to Custom Css field and put the css code from this url on that field: https://pastebin.com/fYvGpBJS
4. Save Settings
This should fix the issue.
