Refund Policy of CodeCanyon Items
We are an Elite Author at CodeCanyon. For our CodeCanyon products, we strictly follow the refund policy that is given by CodeCanyon. Our products are digital goods and cannot be returned, so your entitlement to a refund is designed with this in mind. Of course, in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws surrounding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you.

Before you ask for a refund

If you have purchased any of our items from CodeCanyon and you are experiencing a technical issue with the item we recommend that you contact us through our support hub before asking for a refund. We will try to help you out by solving the issue.

Asking for refunds via the Envato platform

If we are not able to solve your issue or there may be circumstances in which a refund is warranted. You will get a refund in these circumstances:

1. Item is “not as described” or the item doesn’t work the way it should

An item is “not as described” if it is materially different from the item description or preview. If any of our items don’t work as described then you would be entitled to a refund.

2. Item has a security vulnerability

If any of our items contain a security vulnerability and can’t easily be fixed you would be entitled to a refund. Our support system is always prepared to help you out. So, if you contact us we will try to make it fixed otherwise you will get a refund.

3. Item support is promised but not provided

If you are not provided support in accordance with the item support policy you will get a refund.

4. Item support extension not used

If you purchase an item support extension and request a refund of that extension before your existing item support expires we will provide you with a refund of that item support extension.

5. Items that have not been downloaded

If you have not downloaded a purchased item within 3 months from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. You will be required to provide the purchase code in order to verify your claim that you have not downloaded an item. Although we think 3 months is a reasonable time, depending on where you are located, you might have a longer period to claim a refund if you have purchased for personal use and haven’t downloaded the item.

 

We are not obliged to give policy refunds in any of the situations listed below.

  • You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it
  • The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality
  • You simply change your mind
  • You bought an item by mistake
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
  • You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund
  • You can no longer access the item because it has been removed or the author who previously provided the item is no longer active on our platform (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).

Policy Regarding Divi Marketplace

We have our Divi PDF viewer for WordPress listed on Divi Marketplace. Soon there will be more products which will be on the Divi marketplace. We follow the Divi Marketplace refund policy for those products.

Divi Marketplace offers a no-questions-asked 30-day refund policy. If you are not happy with a product you purchased, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Once your payment has been refunded, it can take up to a week to be reflected on your banking balance. After 30 days, purchases are no longer eligible for refunds.

Policy For Auto-renewal products

We do not refund auto-renewal payments for any product. So, if you don’t want to renew your license after one year, please make sure to cancel automatic payment while purchasing
