Launching New Support System for ThemeNcode Clients

We’re happy to announce that we have completed developing a new support system for you & its ready to start using right now.

Initially we were supporting through emails which we realized is not so comfortable & most important, many emails were getting ignored.

We know customer support is very important, so we brought it to a high priority issue. As a result We Developed the new support portal.

Support will be provided through only our support portal from now. No support questions will be answered on Envato Comments.

We hope you will find it easy & comfortable to use.  We’d like to get your comments on the new system. Please use the comments section below this post if you have any comments on our new support system.

Our new support system is customer only. You must purchase a ThemeNcode’s  product from Envato Marketplace to get a support account.  We know you may have pre-sale questions, we have a contact form for pre-sale questions.

So, from now whenever you need any kind of support on ThemeNcode’s products, move on to our support portal.
