At ThemeNcode, we’ve been using a support system for so long. We had a few issues running continuously related to email piping and more. Which was causing difficulties for our users which is not expected at all. We’re sorry for all the issues you had to face earlier at ThemeNCode Support Portal.
Today, we’ve decided to shift our previous support to a new platform. We hope this change will improve our support experience a lot. It solves the issue with email piping along with having a very nice interface.
Most importantly, you can now login with your envato account or facebook, twitter social accounts as well as using your email. Here are the answers to some of the questions you may have regarding the migration.

We’ve already closed our current support system & the new system has been already active. You can create tickets on our new support portal now.

Do I Need To Create A New Account If I Had Account On Previous Portal?
Yes. We haven’t imported any previous data. So you’ll have to start fresh on our new portal.
Can I Create A Ticket By Email?
Yes, you can create tickets by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org
