Now you can show a specific file when someone buys your selected item. This plugin adds a clause that visitors gain access only after buying a product.

It may seem tough now. But let me tell you it’s super easy and very effective. It will save you from unwanted visitors and also you will be able to earn some more money.

Ok, let’s begin now.

Step 1: Get This Plugin

Currently, this plugin is sold on CodeCanyon. Just click ‘Add to Cart’ and then go to ‘Checkout’. Finish the process and download the plugin.

Step 2: Install and Activate the plugin

On your WordPress dashboard click ‘Plugins” and then ‘Add New’. Upload the plugin file and click ‘Install’ and when the installation is done click ‘Activate’ to activate the plugin.

Step 3: Start The Restriction Process

I am assuming that you already have WooCommerce installed on your WordPress website. Now you need to enable WooCommerce Restriction with Wp File Access Manager. You need to find the file access manager tab at first. For this, click ‘Media’ and then click ‘File Access Manager’ and go to the settings tab. There you will see the WooCommerce option. Click on the dropdown menu and click ‘Enable’ and you are ready for the next process.

Step 4: File Restriction Settings

You can restrict files in various ways. Restrict individual files, restrict by file types, or even restrict all uploads. First, let’s talk about the restrict individual file option. Here you can select the file that you want to put restrictions on by clicking the ‘Upload or Select a file’ button. Then when you have selected the file just click ‘Manage Access’.

There are also two other options. Restrict by file type and restrict all uploads. You can restrict access by WooCommerce purchase if you choose to restrict all uploads too. The Restrict all uploads tab will work the same but in place of an specific file it will work for all the media files.

Step 5: Allow/Disallow Access

The next option is ‘Access Type’. There are two options. The options are Allow or disallow. It will depend on how you want to manage access. Whether you want to give permission or not to the visitors from accessing the file.

Here you can see two options in the image.

Step 6: Choose the WooCommerce Product

Here you can ‘Select WooCommerce Products’ . Here you can see I have selected a shoe. Now this option will work like a magic. Without buying this product visitors can’t see the restricted file. The file that we are restricting will only be visible to the visitors who bought the product.
