We're looking for Technical Support Specialist to support our esteemed foreign customers. We are a company having over 74 templates on the webflow marketplace, WordPress Theme and Plugin, Shopify app. Looking for a Web Development Technical Support to join our team in house/remotely. You'll be shared with more details during your interview session.

Responsibilities

:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and support portals with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate technical solutions or workarounds.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant in-house teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Document and manage customer interactions within the support system.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving products and support processes.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to offer knowledgeable assistance.

Skills and Qualifications

:

Along with the skills mentioned above, here are some other qualifications we expect:

  • Fluent in written English communication with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in a customer/technical support role, preferably in IT/software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Education:

:
  • Minimum “A” Level & HSC or above
  • But specific skill is the highest priority

Salary:

:

Salary Range: 10,000Tk. to 15,000Tk. (Depending on experience)

  • Working Time : 2 PM - 11 PM BD Time, flexibility to adjust if needed.
